Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Glow Sports OS (the "Platform"), operated by Glow Sports Ltd ("Glow Sports", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Organizations registering clubs, teams or competitions must be authorized to represent that organization.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep it updated.

Glow Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or misuse the Platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state or national law
• Harass, abuse, threaten or impersonate any other user
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory or infringes another's rights
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or security
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam

5. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Glow Sports a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display and process that content to operate the Platform and provide its features.

Glow Sports owns all rights in the Platform itself, including its software, design, branding and trademarks. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Platform without our written permission.

6. Clubs, teams & competitions

Organizations and organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter — player rosters, match results, registration details and fees. Glow Sports provides the tools but does not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data.

7. Payments & billing

Some features require payment, including club subscriptions (billed per active player per month) and competition platform packages. Fees are displayed before you commit to a purchase.

Payments are processed through our payment provider, Paystack. You authorize us to charge the agreed amounts to your selected payment method. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Glow Sports does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any data will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Glow Sports may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends, but these Terms continue to apply to your prior use.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
