• Process registrations, payments and billing
• Communicate with you about your account, matches and competitions
• Provide public profiles, websites and competition portals
• Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Platform:

With other users, to the extent you choose to make information public (e.g. player profiles, team pages, competition results); with our payment processor (Paystack) to process payments; with service providers who help us run the Platform under appropriate confidentiality obligations; and with authorities where required by law.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including role-based access controls, encrypted payment processing and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data consistent with industry standards.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform's services. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.

The Platform is used by academies and schools, so it may hold information about players under 18. We collect such information only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and we take extra care with minors' data in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
