How GPIS Works

The Glow Player Impact Score (GPIS) is a transparent, points-based system that measures each player's match performance. Every action on the pitch earns or deducts points. Here's exactly how it works.

Final Award Weighting

The Player of the Month is decided by combining four factors:

GPIS (Performance)50%
Fan Vote40%
Coach Vote5%
Captain Vote5%

Performance earns the nomination (GPIS). Fans create the excitement (Fan Vote). Football professionals provide the balance (Coach & Captain).
